How do I place an order?

Shopping on is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Open Website.
  • Put the item title on the “Search Bar”.
  • Click on the image of your desired item & Click on “Buy Now”.
  • Click on “View Cart” (Add quantity if required) & click on “Checkout Button”.
  • Enter your registered Email Id & Password.
  • Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
  • Confirm the order details and select your “Mode of Payment”.
  • Click on “Place Order”.
  • Your Order number will appear on your screen.
  • Congratulations! your order has been placed.

How quickly can I get my order?

We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page. We also offer a premium delivery service for selected brands called Call Courier.
Call Courier products are delivered within 24 hours in Karachi, and within 48 hours in Lahore and Islamabad.

How can I track my order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via email and WhatsApp. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under “Order” on your desired order or you can track your order.

My order is still proccessing. What should I do?
